I am an experienced psychotherapist, psychosexual and couples therapist based in South Kensington. I support individuals and couples in navigating a wide range of personal and relationship challenges.

Alongside my private practice, I have worked at Homerton University Hospital (NHS Foundation Trust) in the Cliveden Centre, specialising in sexual dysfunctions, STIs, living with HIV, sexual trauma, and relationship difficulties. I have also worked on the Neurological Rehabilitation Ward at UCLH Queen Square for two years.

My training spans five years at WPF, LDPRT, and the Institute of Psychoanalysis, with further courses at the BPF and BPA. Before qualifying as a psychotherapist, I worked for many years in luxury PR and Communications.

My core training as a psychotherapist in private practice allows for an intimate setting that allows the cultivation of a trusting and confidential space where clients explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. The autonomy of private practice allows for the flexibility to tailor therapeutic approaches to the unique needs of each client, fostering a collaborative and individualised approach.

As a psychosexual psychotherapist, I guide individuals through the therapeutic process, helping them explore and navigate their unique challenges related to sexuality and relationships. Whether it involves concerns about intimacy, sexual dysfunction, or communication breakdowns, I am dedicated to providing a supportive space for people to openly address and work through these issues.

In my role as a couples psychotherapist, I am committed to facilitating a deeper understanding and connection between partners. Drawing on therapeutic techniques, I assist couples in navigating challenges, fostering effective communication, and building stronger, more resilient relationships. My goal is to create an environment where couples can collaboratively address issues, enhance intimacy, and achieve their desired outcome.
